What a Process & Controls Health Check actually catches

The problem it solves

Odoo gets configured once, at go-live. Then the business changes -- new staff, new modules turned on, new workarounds people invent when something's slow. Six months later, nobody's quite sure what's actually being enforced anymore.

What gets flagged

• Duplicate or anomalous transactions -- the same invoice entered twice, a number that doesn't match the pattern of everything around it
• Missing controls -- an approval step that used to be required and quietly isn't anymore
• Configuration drift -- settings that no longer match how the business actually operates
• Process friction -- steps your team is working around instead of using as designed

What it deliberately does not do

This is a monitoring and advisory service, not a financial audit. We don't issue an independent opinion on your books, and if something needs a licensed auditor, we say so and point you to one -- we don't do that work ourselves, especially not on systems we configured.

Who reads the flags

A named person on your team, every time -- never an automatic fix. The point is to catch problems while they're still small, not to quietly change your business's numbers without a human looking first.
